"The collection of Portraits of Indians hanging this month at Benedictine Heights college is part of a collection of some 100 works of this nature owned by Martin J. Reinhart of Oklahoma City.

Among the works showing are a painting of Geronimo the Apache by E. A. Burbank, a noted painter of Indian portraits, and a portrait of the Cheyenne Chief Wolf Robe, by George Catlin, the first artist of real stature to have for his purpose the delineation of a documentary record of the various Indian tribes of the West.

On display in connection with the paintings collection is a group of artifacts of the San Ildefonso and various Pueblo tribes, lent by the Gilcrease Institute."
